LING CHAMBER PLAYERS TO PERFORM KU RECITAL

LAWRENCE -- The Ling Chamber Players, composed of faculty members from Rice University's Shepherd School of Music in Houston, will perform in Swarthout Recital Hall at the University of Kansas at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 2, as part of the KU Visiting Artists Series.

Members of the chamber trio are Leone Buyse, professor of flute and chamber music and former flutist with the Boston Symphony Orchestra; Michael Webster, associate professor of clarinet and ensembles, and Robert Moeling, professor of piano.

The recital is free and open to the public.
