LAWRENCE -- The University of Kansas will host a graduate and professional school fair next month to give interested individuals the chance to meet with more than 30 colleges and universities from throughout the Midwest.
Representatives from the various graduate programs at KU's campuses in Lawrence and Overland Park and the KU Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan., also will be available to discuss options about graduate study at KU.
The fair is slated for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, in the Kansas Union Ballroom. In addition to the information tables, there will be free workshops in the Kansas Union at 11 a.m. and repeated at noon. Each workshop is geared to be an interactive opportunity for individuals to ask questions about a particular part of the graduate selection process. The workshops are titled:
