ENROLL NOW FOR 'KU FOR LAWRENCE' CLASSES

LAWRENCE -- A new community outreach program at the University of Kansas is offering Lawrence area residents a choice of four weekly noncredit enrichment classes taught by distinguished faculty members.

The new "KU for Lawrence" program is now enrolling students for the three- to six-week evening classes starting in September and October.

"This is an easy way for people in the Lawrence community to take a course from a KU faculty member," said Bob Senecal, dean of continuing education at KU. "It's a great opportunity for people who love to learn and explore ideas, and for KU to share its wealth of knowledge and expertise."
