The event begins at 8 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, outside Green Hall at the corner of Irving Hill Road and Burdick Drive. The course winds through the KU campus and returns to end at Green Hall.
Race Ipsa is a fund-raiser association, which conducts community service events in Lawrence and sponsors law student travel to conferences.
Registration is $20 before Oct. 10. The fee includes a T-shirt and post-race refreshments. After Oct. 10, the registration fee is $25 and T-shirts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Prizes will be awarded to the top two overall male and female finishers and to the top male and female finishers in each age division.
Registration forms are available at sporting goods stores, athletic clubs and other locations throughout Lawrence.
