KU announces 2001 sorority recruitment pledges

LAWRENCE -- Sororities at the University of Kansas pledged more than 590 women during 2001 fall formal recruitment, the KU Panhellenic Association has announced.

More than 800 women took part in recruitment. All 13 sororities in KUÿs Panhellenic Association added members through recruitment. Membership bids were extended to women who completed the recruitment process.
