Lied Center announces date change of the Russian State Opera in 'Tosca'

LAWRENCE -- The Lied Series' performance of the Russian State Opera in "Tosca," which was originally scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, 2003, has changed to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, 2003.

The opera's representative informed Lied Center administrators of a change in the company's tour schedule. This necessitated the change to the new performance date.

Ticket holders may use their tickets to attend the rescheduled performance. Ticket holders who are unable to attend Jan. 30 may exchange their "Tosca" tickets for another event during the 2002-03 season.

The Lied Center regrets any inconvenience this change might cause for patrons. Ticket holders may contact the Lied Center Ticket Office at (785) 864-2787.
