LAWRENCE -- Conservative political commentator and nationally syndicated columnist Robert Novak will be the guest speaker next month at the annual Anderson Chandler Lecture Series offered by the University of Kansas School of Business, Dean William L. Fuerst announced today.

Novak will present "A Washington Overview: The Political Fallout from Enron & WorldCom" at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, at the Lied Center. The public is invited, and admission is free.

Novak is familiar to many as the co-host for CNN's "Evans, Novak, Hunt and Shields" interview program. He appears on and is co-executive producer of CNN's political roundtable "Capital Gang," co-hosts "Crossfire" and is a frequent guest on NBC's "Meet the Press."
