Keynote address: Robert Tannenwald, assistant vice president and economist, Research Department, Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, will compare and contrast the Kansas economic situation with that of the United States and other states. Kansas Union Ballroom, noon-1:30 p.m.
The Kansas Expenditure Options: includes discussion of funding K-12, health, education and welfare, and the role of technology in forming the Kansas Economic Development Strategy. Big 12 Room, 1:30-3 p.m.
