20 campus offices to recruit student employees during Aug. 19 job fair

LAWRENCE -- Student Employment Services at the University of Kansas is sponsoring a Student Employment Job Fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, in the fourth-floor lobby of the Kansas Union.

KU students who would like to work on campus this fall will have the opportunity to visit with approximately 20 KU employers from departments across campus. The fair is designed to be a free and easy way to make the search for a part-time campus job less difficult. There also will be off-campus employers from the Lawrence area participating in the fair.

Student Employment Services is a part of the University Career and Employment Services, located in 110 Burge Union at KU.

Part-time job vacancies also can be found on the University Career and Employment Services home page, www.ku.edu/~uces. The list is updated daily and provides information about both on-campus and off-campus employment opportunities for students.
