MEDIA ADVISORY: KU faculty forum Tuesday to discuss crisis in U.S., European relations

WHAT: Public forum on "Are U.S.-European Relations in Crisis?" University of Kansas faculty members will discuss current tensions in the American-European partnership on security issues :

 • The war on terrorism
 • The NATO alliance
 • Disarming Iraq
 • Are the American media engaged in an "anti-European" campaign to discredit U.S. allies?
 • What do Americans know about their Western partners?

WHEN: 4 to 5:30 p.m Tuesday, Feb. 18.

WHERE: Pine Room, sixth floor of the Kansas Union.
Parking is available in garage north of the Kansas Union. Use the Mississippi Street entrance (across from Memorial Stadium).
