Photo op: School of Architecture holds student Architectural Fair, auction today

WHAT: The School of Architecture and Urban Design Architectural Fair at the University of Kansas will feature lectures by Professor Kent Spreckelmeyer and Associate Professor Donna Luckey, a panel discussion on modern architecture, a silent auction and workshops on photography and design technologies. Workshop topics will include "i-Movie: How to Digitally Edit Movies," "3D Studio Viz" and "What a Student Should Include in a Portfolio."

WHO: Media are welcome to cover and photograph. Not open to the public.

NOTE: Proceeds from the silent auction will benefit the KU School of Architecture and Urban Design and the Student Council of the school.

WHEN: Friday, Feb. 21
Design Competition Awards: 11:15 a.m.
Session 1: 9:30-11 a.m.
Session 2: 12:30-2 p.m.
Session 3: 3:30-5 p.m.
Silent auction cutoff: 3:20 p.m.
