WHAT: University of Kansas Chancellor Robert Hemenway will testify before the Kansas House Education Budget Committee on the impact this year's budget reductions have had on KU.
The chancellor will urge the adoption of statutory changes and exemptions in five specific areas that would free the state's six regents universities to operate more efficiently and economically.
