Reminder: Apply now for media credentials for Dole dedication July 19-22

The Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics dedication will be July 19-22 at the University of Kansas in Lawrence. We welcome media coverage.

To apply for media credentials and parking passes, submit the following information:

1. Full name (first, middle, last)
2. Name of media organization and contact phone number
3. Indicate one of the following:
____ reporter
____ photographer (print or video)
____ technical crew
4. Photocopy or electronic scan of driver's license (or other government-issued photo ID; required due to security)
5. E-mail address

Credentials will be available for pick-up July 15 or July 20-22 at the KU Visitor Center, 15th and Iowa streets.

Parking is extremely limited at the Dole Institute. Nearly all parking is reserved for disabled-parking permit holders. There will be reserved media parking at the KU Visitor Center. Shuttles will be available to transport media to the Dole Institute.

Radio/TV: Broadcasters who need to park transmission trucks and equipment at the Dole Institute will need special "W" parking permits.
