UPDATED Media Advisory: 2 Dole dedication press conferences July 20 and 21

DOLE/JIMMY CARTER/GERALD FORD PRESS CONFERENCE
4:30 PM MONDAY July 21 Lawrence Holidome, 200 McDonald Dr.

IMPORTANT: Media with any electronic devices and equipment -- video and still cameras, tape recorders etc -- must arrive by 2 PM at the Brazilian Room D and leave devices and equipment for Secret Service security sweep. Room will be secure.

Enter Holidome by loading dock at rear on convention center. After leaving equipment, media must exit the convention center and re-enter the Holidome through the main hotel lobby. You must show your official Dole dedication media credential to be admitted.

Press conference time: 4:30 p.m. Immediately following the press conference, media must get in place for 5:30 p.m. "Legacy of Leadership" dinner in the adjacent Regency Ballroom. Audio/Video feed will be available for broadcasters. Photographers and reporters may access the ballroom at designated media doors between ballrooms B and C.

Video coverage only MUST end at approximately 6:45 p.m. immediately following awarding of Dole Prize to former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Media must be in place by 6:30 p.m.

Brief availability with former Kansas Sen. Bob Dole and Sen. Elizabeth Dole, R-North Carolina.Immediately following the press conference, media must get in place for Dole's arrival at the Glenn Miller Orchestra performance in the adjacent Regency Ballroom. Video feed will be available for broadcasters. Photographers and reporters may access the ballroom at designated media doors between ballrooms B and C. -30-
