KU School of Social Welfare to host 2nd annual Career Carnival Oct. 31

LAWRENCE -- The University of Kansas School of Social Welfare announces the second annual Career Carnival, to take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, in the Kansas Union ballroom.

Social welfare students and those interested in related fields can discuss educational programs and potential job opportunities with social service agency representatives from all over Kansas. Admissions personnel from bachelor of social welfare, master of social welfare and doctoral programs will attend as well.

University Career and Employment Services will offer job-search workshops for graduating students, and door prizes will be awarded.
