KU's Asian American Student Union announces 2003-04 officers

LAWRENCE -- The University of Kansas has announced the officers for the Asian American Student Union for the 2003-2004 school year.

The organization was created to serve the interests and concerns of the Asian-American community at KU. It seeks to educate and enrich the community to promote an understanding of Asian-American and Asian cultures, provide service and social opportunities for members and represent the voice of Asian-American students on campus. AASU is funded by Student Senate and is overseen by the Office of Multicultural Affairs.

Officers for the organization are listed by hometown, level in school, major (when available), parents' names and high school alma mater.
