Statement by Chancellor Hemenway on death of student Dustin Kasson

Chancellor Robert E. Hemenway made the following statement in response to the death of Dustin Kasson of Lawrence, a freshman in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Mr. Kasson died at his home Tuesday.

"On behalf of the entire KU community, I want to express my profound sorrow at the death of Dustin Kasson. We are all deeply saddened by the tragic loss and offer our condolences to his parents, his family and his friends."
