Sen. Biden to hold media availability about 1 p.m. today at Dole Institute
LAWRENCE -- Delaware Sen. Joseph Biden, who announced in June he intended to seek the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination, will be available to the media about 1 p.m. today in the Rhodes Conference Room of the Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics at the University of Kansas.
Biden is scheduled to speak at 1:30 p.m. today as part of the institute's "Contenders" lecture series, which will give the men and women seeking the presidency in 2008 a forum to discuss their views on policy and politics.
The event is co-sponsored by the KU Young Democrats student organization.
