KU announces 2007 summer camp lineup
LAWRENCE — The following is a list of academic and athletic camps that will take place this summer at the University of Kansas.
ACADEMIC
DUKE UNIVERSITY TALENT IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM

FRESHMAN SUMMER INSTITUTE
Four-week academic and residential program aimed at newly admitted KU freshmen. Students take five credits of coursework and live in the residence halls. June 17-July 13. JAYHAWK DEBATE INSTITUTE

The Non-Bridge Summer Institute is for incoming high school freshmen to incoming high school seniors from Douglas, Shawnee and Wyandotte counties. Eligible students are from low-income backgrounds and/or potential first-generation college students who are interested in pursuing careers in math or science fields. June 3-July 12. A one-week residential camp to help teen girls learn about engineering. Grades 9-12.
