LAWRENCE — The University of Kansas’ TRIO/GEAR UP Programs will celebrate TRIO Day on Friday, Feb. 23.
The KU community is invited to attend the events hosted by staff members to celebrate and learn more about the TRIO Programs. A reception for School of Education faculty and staff will take place from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 203 Joseph R. Pearson Hall. The reception will include food, prizes, display tables and a video about the TRIO Programs. From 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., all KU faculty, staff and students are invited to a reception at the Strong Hall Rotunda. Cake, hot cider and coffee will be available, and program posters will be on display.
