Selected KU offices to have extended hours as spring semester begins

LAWRENCE — Some offices at the University of Kansas will offer extended hours Tuesday, Jan. 16, through Friday, Jan. 19, to accommodate new and returning students during the first week of the semester.

Offices will be staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on those four days, except on Friday afternoon, when offices will close at 5 p.m. Normal office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Participating offices will track the number of students they help. This will help assess student needs for future KU office openings.

The following offices, with locations or contact numbers, will be open for the extended hours. Area code for all numbers is 785.
