Tickets available April 1 for Chief Justice John Roberts lecture

LAWRENCE – The University of Kansas School of Business will host Chief Justice of the United States John G. Roberts Jr. for the 2008 Vickers Memorial Lecture on April 30 at the Lied Center. Tickets will become available from the Lied Center at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1.

“Based on the response we have already received, we expect tickets to sell out very quickly,” said Dean William L. Fuerst. “I would encourage anyone interested in hearing Chief Justice Roberts to contact the Lied Center as soon as possible beginning April 1.”

WHAT: 2008 Vickers Memorial Lecture, presented by the KU School of Business in cooperation with the KU School of Law.

WHO: John G. Roberts Jr., Chief Justice of the United States

WHEN: Lecture will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 30.

WHERE: The Lied Center of Kansas, 1600 Stewart Drive

TICKETS: Free tickets available to the public from the Lied Center beginning at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 1. Reserve tickets at the Lied Center box office or by calling (785) 864-2787.
