Career center hosts internship and summer camp fair
LAWRENCE — The University Career Center at the University of Kansas will host its annual Internship and Summer Camp Fair from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, at the Kansas Union Ballroom.
The event is open to all students interested in internship and/or summer camp employment opportunities. Attendance is free, and pre-registration is not required.
More than 30 organizations with local, national and international opportunities in a variety of industries will be represented.
Two preparatory workshops will precede the event: Resumes for Rookies to be held from 4 to 5 p.m. Nov. 10 and Getting Ready for the Internship and Summer Camp Fair will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. Nov. 12, both in 149 Burge Union.
