LAWRENCE — The legal rights of student athletes, social media risks in intercollegiate athletics and the impact of conference realignment on the NCAA will be among the topics discussed at the third annual Sports and Entertainment Law Symposium, “NCAA: Friend or Foe?,” at the University of Kansas School of Law.

The symposium is open to the public and will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, April 15, at 203 Green Hall. Advance registration is appreciated but not required.

Four hours of continuing legal education credit, including one hour of ethics, will be offered for Kansas and Missouri attorneys for $35 (payable on the day of the symposium by cash or check).
