Candidate for dean of law to participate in public forum

LAWRENCE — A candidate for dean of the School of Law will visit the University of Kansas this week and participate in an open forum.

Beverly Moran, professor of law and sociology at Vanderbilt University School of Law, will meet with faculty, staff and students in a public forum at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 10, in 203 Green Hall.

Names of the other candidates will be released approximately 48 hours before they arrive on campus. After names are announced, information on candidates will be available on the provost’s website.

The University of Kansas is a major comprehensive research and teaching university. University Relations is the central public relations office for KU's Lawrence campus.
